On the second floor en-suite room, king-size bed, SMART (internet) TV/satellite, but also a large, covered terrace with royal view. You can enjoy and relax in outdoor whirlpool bath with a glass of champagne. The second floor also offers a view to the islands, sunset and sailboats on the sea, the whole garden, swimming pool, summer kitchen and nearby olive grove.
The first floor contains:

On the ground floor: living room and kitchen with exits on a large terrace inviting you to hang out. There are also a bathroom and a storage area (washing, drying and ironing).

Just for You here is a modern, well-equipped kitchen, flooded with morning sunshine and dining room with all the necessary and desirable details. Ground floor terrace of the villa is a space for relaxation, fun and children's play. Everything (lat. OMNIA) is adapted for vacation, which is why the villa has its name.
There is also a wonderful, night-lighted pool (size 32 m²). In it you will be able to cool off from the summer heat, enjoy together with your friends or family.
After having cooled yourself, you can enjoy the sun lounging by the pool or hide from the sun under the parasol. There is also an outdoor solar shower for you.
If you want a different scenario for your evening, you will enjoy the pool at night by the special light effects and light music of your choice, creating an extremely romantic atmosphere.

Besides vacation and relaxation, villa Omnia provides SPA* and wellness** within the facility. You can use massage hot-tub for 3 persons, overlooking pool and nature, an exclusive Finnish sauna, exercise equipment and deck chairs. In the same area there is a shower and toilet.

THE PERMANENT EXHIBITION OF RELIGIOUS ART
Within the structure to the church of St. Mary, or more specfically her monastery, whose property was Heavily damaged during the Second World War a Representative exhibition was formed in 1972 - the Permanent Exhibition of Religious Art, one of the most worth-while exhibitions in Croatia, popularly called "The Gold and Silver of Zadar".
On Istarska obala, at the very end of the Zadar peninsula, next to the famous Sea Organ, shines the Greeting made by the same architect Nikola Bašić.
Once the largest city-fortress in the entire Republic of Venice, Zadar’s walls allowed it to retain more of its independence than most of its neighbouring cities, and meant that it was never captured by the Turks.
Sea Organ is situated on the western end of Zadar´s Riva, and can be observed as a differently shaped part of the coast which consists of several stairs that descend into the sea.
National Museum Zadar is a general regional museum founded in 1962. Begininngs of the museum descend to the year 1832 when the first regional museum of the general type was established - Museo Nazionale.
A three-nave basilica with a lavishly decorated semicircular apse, in the Romanesque style, was named after Saint Chrysogonus the martyr, a patron saint of Zadar.
The biggest cathedral in Dalmatia. Its oldest parts are an early Christian basilica, but its present Romanesque appearance was shaped in the 12th century. During the crusaders´ siege and conquest of the city in 1202, the Cathedral was damaged, but later it was reconstructed and made longer.
Located in front of the church of Saint Donat and the Archbishop´s Palace. It is a municipal square from the Roman era, built from the 1st century BC to the 3rd century AD, 45 by 90 metres in size.

In the newly opened exhibition spaces are presented the collections of four departments of the National Museum in Zadar.
Gallery Captain´s Tower is located on the Five Wells Square in the eponymous tower, part of the medieval fortifications of the city from the 13th century. The tower is now used as an exhibition space for the Croatian Association of Artists Zadar.
